BOOKING CONDITIONS

Payment
For reservations up to 3 days a full deposit is required. For reservations for more than 3 days a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount is required.
Payments can be made by VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or through our bank account upon request.
For each reservation, there will be an associated electronic reservation (voucher) which will be sent to the client, which in turn should deliver it to the hotel upon arrival for the offered services.

Cancellations & Changes
Extension of stay
If the client wishes to extend his stay before arriving at the apartments, must contact us. If the client wishes, during his stay in the apartments, to extend his stay, the company can not guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room or in different.

Changes
To change the days of his stay, the customer must contact the hotel.

Cancel Reservation
If the customer wishes to cancel his reservation, he must contact the hotel.

Cost cancelation
Non-appearance of the client to the hotel or cancellation less than 20 days from the date of arrival, withholding the deposit.
Cancellation more than 20 days prior to arrival - full refund of deposit is charged for the bank transactions.
