Request and confirmation

The reservation is completed in steps: availability is checked first, then the most suitable option is selected, and finally payment or direct confirmation follows, depending on the case.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Free cancellation applies up to 7 days before arrival, until 18:00 local time.
If the reservation is cancelled later and up to 1 day before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
If the reservation is cancelled later, 100% of the first 2 nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The exact free-cancellation deadline for the selected dates is also shown during the booking process.

Changes and updates

For changes in dates, number of guests or other key booking details, timely communication with the hotel is important.
For any clarification regarding availability, confirmation or special stay arrangements, direct contact with the hotel is recommended.
